General Terms and Conditions

These Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, General Conditions) regulate the sale of products marketed by the company Metalnoize Srl, in order to ensure maximum transparency and clarity in the relationship with users. All sales and purchase transactions, between the Seller and the Customer, will be governed by the following General Conditions.

Product Details

Each item on the metalgienchi.com website is provided with pictures and description of details. Where present, a chart is displayed, directly provided by the brand for choosing the correct size.

Prices and Currency

Prices posted on the website, payments and order invoices are in Euros. Any payment made by Credit Card or Paypal in another currency than the Euro will be processed at the current exchange rate.

Payments

Bank Transfer: Metalnoize SRL .accepts payment by bank transfer. Once the order is completed, the items will be secluded pending

SHIPMENTS

Shipments are made through courier . In some areas, the courier may use delivery partners.

Modalities

Shipments can only be for the territories and countries provided on our site. Purchase requests from countries not included among those displayed at the time of registration cannot be accepted by metalgienchi.com.

Delivery Times

The delivery of products purchased on metalgienchi.com takes place on average within 2/3 working days from the order in Italy; within 3/4 days for islands and remote areas.

Delivery times may be delayed in case of holidays; couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01, 06/01, Easter and Easter Monday, 25/04, 01/05, 02/06, 15/08, 01/11 and on weekends.

For orders placed by wire transfer, shipping time will be calculated from confirmation of payment. Regarding orders from abroad, approximate shipping times are 48h/72h in European territory and 72h/96h in all other countries (extra CEE).

Custom products, on the other hand, will be shipped within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of payment

Nowashmachine is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or force majeure beyond the control of Grevit S.R.L.S.

Traceability

At the time of shipment, the customer receives (by email address and/or sms) the track number

Availability of Items

The assortment on metalgienchi.com reflects, except in special cases fortuitous effects due to chance, the exact availability of each item by size and color. The website is in fact connected to a centralized warehouse and consequently to all stores belonging to Metalnoize Srl.

As an authorized dealer of all brands on the site, metalgienchi.com guarantees the authenticity of each item.

In the event that the items ordered are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be fulfilled as per the customer’s request, the Order Department of metalgienchi.com will promptly notify the customer.

WARRANTY CLAUSES

Users, who intend to purchase on metalgienchi.com and take advantage of the services on the site, must carry out Registration or alternatively purchase as guests without creating their own account. The user who proceeds to Registration, declares that he/she has read the Privacy Policy and that the personal data entered is true, as well as correct, assuming full responsibility for the information provided.
